About the Lead / Senior UX Designer Position is looking for an experienced Lead UX Designer that can provide mentorship for a team of designers and front-end web designers, as well as be a hands-on contributor in an extremely fast-paced agile environment. You should be comfortable creating beautiful work that balances the needs of the user while optimizing for key business metrics like conversion and retention. The ideal candidate will thrive on seeing the product continually iterate into something our users can’t wait to get their hands on and refuse to let “perfect” be the enemy of the shippable. You must be comfortable using data to validate design decisions and have experience with qualitative and A/B testing. You should have a clean sense of design and enjoy creating elegantly simple user experiences from otherwise complex workflows. is looking for a Lead UX Designer with an outstanding portfolio and at least 8 years designing for web and mobile. You should have experience with all aspects of UX design from interaction design user research and persona creation, to information architecture, visual hierarchy, user research and process flow for mobile and desktop interactions. 

YOU MUST BE COMFORTABLE DOING UX, VISUAL DESIGN, AND HTML /CSS and provide a portfolio featuring examples of UX and visual design work as well as a link to github or other site showing examples of your coding skills to be considered for this position.

As a creative, tech-savvy web designer, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the business and increase your knowledge of conversion and usability testing and end-to-end user experience design. 


  • Work collaboratively with engineers, product managers, executives, and other designers to build scalable solutions to improve the user experience
  • Create deliverables such as process flows, wireframes, mockups and functional prototypes to effectively communicate design strategies and detailed interaction behaviors
  • Lead and mentor a high performing team of UI/UX designers and developers
  • Navigate a fast-paced Agile environment requiring independent self-direction with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication
  • Contribute to the product roadmap with ideas for evolving and iterating the user experience based on quantitative data and user research
  • Work with the product owners and cross-functional teams to come up with test options and utilize A/B testing to validate design solutions
  • Designing landing pages and site interactions to segment users, effectively convey product benefits and drive trial conversion


  • 8+ years of experience in UX Design
  • 3+ years of leading or coaching team members in an Agile scrum environment
  • Advanced skills in interaction design, information architecture, usability evaluation, and user research
  • Experience building rich, interactive prototypes or web applications using HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Invision and other prototyping and visualization software
  • Ability to quickly grasp goals and requirements from light specifications
  • Experience with conversion testing and landing page/funnel optimization
  • BA/BS degree in Design, HCI, CS, or a related field or equivalent practical experience
